KidSnips stores are busy, colorful and upbeat hair salons. Plus they are toy stores too. At each hair station kids sit in a "special" haircutting chair shaped like a car, jeep, boat etc. Or they can sit in a regular styling chair. Each station has a TV/VCR and a Nintendo GameCube set to entertain the kids while the haircut are happening. Clients pay $18-$20 for children's haircuts, and $20+ for teens and adults.

Chicago's Lincoln Park, Arlington Heights (NorthPoint Shopping Center), Downtown Deerfield, Wheaton (Town Square Shopping Center) Wilmette (Eden's Plaza), Vernon Hills (Westfield Shoppingtown Hawthorn Center mall), Oak Brook (Oakbrook Center), Naperville (Naperville Crossing) and South Barrington (The Arboretum of South Barrington).
